The Lear Competition Note, “The Decoders’ case”, comments the recent decision whereby the Tribunal of Rome upheld Mediaset’s appeal in the proceeding against the Ministry of Economic Development, which had previously ruled the recovery of an illegal state aid that the company had enjoyed during the 2-years period 2004-2005.

Paolo at the Conference on Institution Building of the competition authorities in South-eastern Europe

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (ERBD) and Commission for Protection of Competition of Republic of Serbia, with the support of the Center for Liberal-Democratic Studies are jointly organizing an international conference on “Institution building of the competition authorities in South-eastern Europe”. New Technical Assistance project on Competition Assessment in Egypt

Lear is pleased to announce a new technical assistance project on behalf of the World Bank Group, for the analysis of product market regulations (PMR) in Egypt.
