Leartalk DIGITAL MARKETS : “Ex-post Assessment of Merger Control Decisions in Digital Markets”. On 13 June in Rome at the Società Geografica Italiana, Lear will present the results of the study carried out for the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) analyzing a number of merger control decisions in digital markets.
