New technical assistance project on public procurement in Serbia

Lear is pleased to announce a new technical assistance project on behalf of the EBRD: “Serbian Public Procurement System Action Plan”. This project aims to identify key areas for improvements of public procurement in Serbia and suggest practical measures to address existing gaps.The main activities carried out by Lear in this project will be the review of the quality and performance of public procurement in Serbia, a benchmarking analysis against international best practices and performances, the preparation of an Action Plan for implementation. Lear will lead an integrated task team which includes representatives of local institutions as well as local consultants.
The project will culminate with a one-day workshop to present the result of the assessment and discuss the action plan envisaged.
