Paolo speaks at the final event of the training course “Antitrust Economics for Judges”

On 7 June 2016 the Council of State will host the final event of the training course “Antitrust economics for judges”, which has been jointly organized by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM), the Council of State and the Scuola Superiore della Magistratura.Paolo will give a speech in the break-out session as a technical expert in follow-on damages resulting from antitrust law infringements. The break-out session will take the form of a mock trial, where a hypothetical case on rebates will be discussed.
