Data Scientist

Lear is looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team and support the delivery of applied economic analysis. The role envisages: i) a key role in designing data analysis workflows; ii) the delivery of on-the-job training and instructor-led training; iii) hands-on data work.

The ideal candidate will have a background in data science, advanced proficiency in Python and Stata, and expertise in automation tools and AI-based prompt engineering.

This is a permanent, full-time position, based in Rome, with a flexible work-from-home policy.

Research Assistant 

Lear offers a six-month internship position 

The candidate will support Lear’s team and will have the chance to work on a variety of practices, including litigation, competition economics and policy assessment. The selected candidate will be involved in data collection and analysis, desk research, and drafting of reports. Our office is based in Rome, although work from home will be allowed.
