Selecting the right resources is serious business

We are passionate about applying economics to real-world problems and like to be challenged on a day-to-day basis. At each level of seniority, our economists are required to develop solutions to competition problems using micro-economic and quantitative tools, provide active support to clients and law firms, prepare reports and witness statements, as well as run seminars and training courses.

We offer an intellectually stimulating work environment, a dynamic organization and a variety of interesting work. Our office is young and vibrant and everyone is an integral member of our team.

If you are interested in working at Lear, send us your CV and a cover letter to recruiting@learlab.com

Applicants for all positions should preferably have a post-graduate degree in Economics, though we do consider applicants with other qualifications. We require excellent writing and communication skills, strong analytical ability and intellectual curiosity. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must, and knowledge of statistical-mathematical software (e.g. Stata, R) is highly desirable. Applicants must be fluent both in Italian and English, while knowledge of other languages is a plus.

We are always looking for Research Assistants (i.e. a six-month internship) and Junior Consultants to join our team. For the Research Assistant position, no prior work experience is required: this is the position you should apply for if you are a recent graduate seeking their first job in our field. The Research Assistant position can be a pathway to a permanent hire as Junior Consultant. For the Junior Consultant position, we require some prior relevant work experience (e.g. an internship at a minimum) or a PhD.

Lear is an equal opportunity employer and committed to recognize and value diversity.
