We organize workshops and training courses aimed at all practitioners – competition lawyers, top-executives in big firms, members of public institutions – who need or want to learn more about cutting-edge topics in competition economics, litigation and regulatory policy.
We run multi-session courses that provide a thorough understanding on a variety of subjects, ranging from the economics of exclusionary behavior, to the use of expert statistical presentations in antitrust litigation. We also run one-day workshops devoted to the analysis of recent complex antitrust and litigation decisions and of recent developments in competition policy.
In addition, we can arrange tailored programs to meet specific needs. In all cases, our courses cover recent developments such as court judgments, competition authority decisions, regulatory innovations, and other key economics and policy changes.
The courses are held either in English or in Italian.
