Sasha Grassini

Junior Consultant

Sasha Grassini  is a Junior Consultant at Lear. Since November 2022 he has been a PhD student at the department of Management and Production at the Polytechnic of Turin writing a thesis on the economics of cybersecurity. His research activity as been focus on the impact of digital transformation on economic activity, specifically showing how policy influence informatic security investment decisions and the resulting impact on competition and welfare.   

In September 2022, He graduated in from a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics double degree programme between the University of Milan and the Catholic University of Louvain with a thesis on the Potential effects of economic integration of the Western-Balkan region. In 2020, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at the University of Pisa.

During its PhD, he worked as a policy advisor for the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy where he had the opportunity to collaborate on few bills aiming at incentivising the digital transformation of Italy’s business structure.
