Rossella Mossucca joined Lear in September 2017. Since 2023 she is a Senior Consultant at Lear.
At Lear, Rossella has deepened her skills by delving into competition economics and antitrust, building up wide experience in follow-on and other damages actions for competition law infringements, proceedings before competition authorities for alleged abuse of dominance, anti-competitive agreements and mergers, assessment of competition law compliance of promotional campaigns, support and ex post evaluation studies for the European Commission on mergers and on State aid frameworks, technical assistance to competition authorities in developing and emerging economies. She has advised clients in several sectors, ranging over telecoms, energy, transport, media, digital services, banking and pharma. Rossella earned a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2016. During the PhD, she developed her knowledge in the fields of financial markets, corporate finance, microeconomics of banking, industrial organization, and econometrics. She graduated with a thesis in Empirical Finance and Labour, after a year as a visiting researcher at Stanford University. After the Ph.D., she has been a postdoctoral researcher at the Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance (EIEF) in Rome.
Rossella is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
