Nicolò Caputo is a Research Assistant at Lear, where he joined in March 2026. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Bologna (2025), with a thesis providing an empirical analysis of how U.S. firms adjust green innovation under climate policy uncertainty.
Prior to joining Lear, Nicolò worked as a Research Assistant at the CMCC Foundation – European Institute on Economics and Environment in Milan as part of the SMOOTH project. In this role, he contributed to the research by supporting the empirical justification of model assumptions.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna in 2023. His main research interests are in policy analysis aimed at supporting evidence-based decision-making.
