Matilde Granati joined Lear in November 2025 as an Operations and Communications Assistant.
She initially started in March 2025 as a Communication and Event Intern, contributing to the organization of the Lear Competition Festival, an international event that brings together leading antitrust experts from law firms, international organizations, and academia. In this role, she supported the coordination of the Young Talent Competition Award (YTCA) and the poster session, particularly in relation to the communication strategy, social media campaigns, and event newsletters.
She is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Digital Communication at LUMSA University in Rome. During her master’s studies, she spent a semester at Algebra University in Zagreb as part of the EU Mobility Programme. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Siena, obtained in 2023.
