Felice Maletta

Data Scientist

Felice Maletta joined Lear as a Consultant in April 2026. He holds a Master of Research in Economics from the University of Bologna, with a focus on Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Econometrics, and a thesis on political behavior and voting patterns.

Before joining Lear, he worked at CRIF S.p.A., where he gained experience in data science applied to financial services, including ESG evaluation models, credit risk analysis, and support to major European banking clients.

In 2017, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Bologna, with a focus on Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Statistics.
