Benedetta Ausili

Assistant Event Manager

Benedetta Ausili joined Lear as Assistant Event Manager in March 2023.

In March 2023 she earned a Master’s degree in International Relations at LUMSA University in Rome. In her final dissertation, she studied the security implications of climate change as amplifier of crisis, focusing on the Sahel region. She worked as an intern at NATO Security Force Assistance Centre of Excellence and at the Ministry of Agricultural, Food, and Forestry Policies.

In 2020, she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures at La Sapienza University in Rome, specializing in Spanish and Russian. During the second academic year, she studied at Tomsk Polytechnic University in Siberia taking part in the non-EU International Mobility program.

Benedetta is fluent in English and Spanish, fair in French, and has a basic knowledge of Russian.
