Benedetta Ausili joined Lear in March 2023 as Assistant Communications & Events Manager.
Since then, she has been actively involved in the organisation of the Lear Competition Festival, an international event that brings together leading antitrust experts from law firms, international organizations and academia. She assists all aspects of the event, together with the festival’s communications strategy, managing social media campaigns, newsletters and website updates, as well as producing marketing materials and visual content.
In addition to event management, Benedetta supports corporate communications, prepares documentation for public tenders and contributes to the planning of workshop meetings.
In March 2023 she graduated from LUMSA University in Rome with a Master’s degree in International Relations. She worked as an intern at the NATO Security Force Assistance Centre of Excellence and at the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies.
In 2020, she graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome with a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures, specialising in Spanish and Russian. During her second year she studied at the Tomsk Polytechnic University in Siberia as part of the non-EU International Mobility Programme.
Benedetta is fluent in English and Spanish, has a good knowledge of French and a basic knowledge of Russian.
