THE TRUCKS CARTEL: DAMAGES ESTIMATION FOR SLOVAK HAULIERS

Lear has extended its involvement in the action for damages against the six trucks manufacturers sanctioned by the European Commission for a price-fixing agreement in the market for medium and heavy trucks. After supporting the first legal action in Italy, Lear has been involved also in an action for damages put forward by 39 Slovak hauliers.
