Regional conference of the bodies in South-Eastern Europe in charge of remedies in public procurement

On 15th of March 2018, the first Regional Conference of the review bodies dealing with complaints in the field of public procurement will take place in Belgrade.
The Conference – organized by LEAR – will gather presidents and representatives of the review bodies of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. Topics of discussion will be harmonization with the EU Remedies Directives and main challenges in the implementation of an effective remedies system.
The Conference is one of the key activities of the EBRD funded Technical Assistance Project “Enhancing the system of Protection of Rights in Serbian Public Procurement Procedure”
