As part of the EBRD project “Capacity Building for Albanian Competition Authority (ACA)”, Lear developed a long-term Competition Advocacy Strategy (hereinafter, the Strategy) for the ACA. The Strategy aims at strengthening the future ACA’s advocacy efforts, by revising existing initiatives and introducing new ones, and improving the effectiveness of the ACA’s communication strategy. Lear’s recommendations have also been informed by online surveys and meetings with key stakeholders such as such as consumers, business associations, governmental and regulatory bodies.
