Assessment of damages in the transport sector

Lear assisted four companies specialized in providing electromechanical goods and services in evaluating the alleged damages caused by their participation in a cartel agreement, as established by the Italian Competition Authority. Lear has been working alongside the companies’ legal advisors to show that the cartel had no effects on prices.
