Jakob Rustige is a Research Assistant at Lear. He is awaiting the completion of his LL.M. degree in the European Master in Law & Economics (EMLE) programme at the Universities of Haifa and Rotterdam and LUMSA University in Rome.
After working in the field of EU Competition Law during a traineeship at a Brussels-based law firm, Jakob wrote his bachelor’s thesis on the question of liability in cases of algorithmic collusion. He has previously worked as a teaching and research assistant in the domains of EU Internal Market Law and Comparative IP Law.
