Flavia Paoloni is Research assistant at Lear. Prior to joining Lear, she has done consultancy work as an intern in Accenture in the Energy sector. She gained experience in three divisions: Customer Care, Financial and Administrative Control, Credit in the Free Energy Market.
In July 2019, she has graduated from the two-year Master of Science (MSc) in Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. The Master’s thesis was in Microeconometrics aimed to investigate the properties of the control function approaches in nonlinear models. In particular she analysed the estimates of models with binary and fractional variables obtained using the control function approach.
In June 2019, she has attended the Naples Parthenope Summer School on Spatial Statistics and Econometrics.
In July 2017, she graduated from the Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business and Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
Her research interests are in the areas of Competition Economics, Industrial Organization and Econometrics.
Flavia is fluent in English.
