Carlotta Dandolo is a Consultant at Lear.  Her experience includes a number of high profile UK merger cases in a wide range of sectors including telecommunications, energy, electrical appliances, motor industry and farming. She also worked on a number of UK market studies including the legal UK sector, UK housing market and the UK energy market.
Before joining Lear, Carlotta worked for the Competition and Markets Authority and the Office of Fair Trading. There, she was part of the merger and market group and she worked on both phase 1 and phase 2 mergers, market studies and market investigations. Carlotta holds a Master Degree in Competition and Market Regulation at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.
