Daniele Ferrari is a research assistant at Lear. Before joining Lear he worked for Amazon as a financial analyst for retail sales in the electronic department, learning the role of the finance department in the context of a big corporation. He then moved to the tax compliance department where he developed understanding of tax practices and accounting. He was exposed to both indirect and direct taxes issues. He learned how to work with enormous amount of data in an extremely pressurized environment. He managed the tax compliance side for multiple European jurisdictions and particularly Italy.
He graduated in 2015 from a MSc in Finance at Dublin City University focusing his thesis on the financial market for renewable energy. He attended a Master in 2017/18 at Freie Universitaet Berlin in Competition and regulatory law, the thesis was focused on the role of State aid regulation in the financial sector. Through the studies he focused on the financial sector analysing its role in policy, environment and legislative framework.
During his Bachelor’s Degree in Economic and Social Sciences at Bocconi University he spent a semester at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
