Workshop on “Competition policy and public procurement” to the Moldovan Competition Council

As part of the technical assistance project carried on by the EBRD and Lear, the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova “CCRM” will organize an external advocacy workshop titled “Competition policy and public procurement”.

Paolo Buccirossi will give a speech on “The Risk of Collusion in Public Procurement”.
Through the workshop, Lear aims to help the CCRM to strengthen its advocacy role and promote the dialogue with both other authorities and stakeholders from civil society. Lear has extensive experience of working on competition and procurement themes and it is thus well suited to address related issues and disseminate knowledge about their importance in policy matters.
