Training on Tribunal Skills in Public Procurement

Lear is glad to welcome a delegation from the Bosnian Public Procurement Review Body (PRB) composed by the President and 3 Members in its office in Rome.
The study visits is currently taking place and has been organized within the scope of the EBRD funded project “Enhancing the tribunal skills and capacity of the PRB” :
The training focused on: (1) Evidence and Appeal Procedure; and (2) Procedural Fairness Principle, Oral Hearing and Minutes.
