In order to work for Lear you should have a post-graduate degree in Economics, preferably a PhD, excellent writing and communication skills, and strong analytical abilities. You should be used to working in team under tight deadlines. A background in consultancy or management or an experience with a competition or a regulatory agency is highly valued.

You should also have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and possibly knowledge of statistical-mathematical softwares, such as Stata, E-Views and Matlab.

You should be fluent in both Italian and English, while knowledge of other languages is a plus. Lear is an equal opportunities employer.
